  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    It’s up to you! You can choose to be present during the cleaning, or you can provide us with access to your home (e.g., through a key, code, or lockbox). Just let us know your preference when you book.
  • What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
    To help us clean more efficiently, we suggest securing valuables, ensuring that pets are in a safe area, and informing us of any special cleaning instructions or areas that need extra attention or should be avoided. This helps our team deliver the best possible service tailored to your needs.
  • What cleaning products do you use?
    We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family and pets. If you have any specific product preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance.
  • How do I pay for the service?
    Payment is required before the cleaning begins. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. For your convenience, you can pay at the time of booking or when the cleaner arrives. If you prefer to set up a recurring payment method, please contact us.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any fees. Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue, including offering a re-clean if necessary.

  • Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
    Yes, we offer flexible scheduling for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services. Recurring clients often receive discounted rates. Every 10 consecutive visits we include a free regular cleaning.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently serve Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly-Springs, Fuquay Varina, Morrisville, and Durham, . If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to contact us.
